"Comfy at first, but I changed my mind a bit"
At first I was like, okay wow, this is actually really soft and nice for lounging around the house. I was happy with it. But then after a few washes, it just didn’t feel as cozy as I was expecting. i went from liking it a lot to feeling kind of meh about it. It’s still fine and I’ll use it, but I wouldn’t say it’s anything special

"I ordered my usual size, but it..."
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up being way tighter than expected. I checked the size chart too, so I figured it would be fine, but... not really. The sleeves felt too short and the body fit kind of oddly, like it wasn’t made for the shape I expected or something. I was going to return it, but the process feels like more trouble than I want to deal with. Disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering clothes from here again

It works fine overall, but the battery dies a bit faster than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just wish it lasted longer between charges

"Support took way too long"
I had a frustrating experience with customer support. I reached out about my order and then just sat there checking my email for days with no response. Not saying it’s a scam, but when you can’t get a simple update, it definitely starts to feel a little sketchy.
When they finally did reply, it seemed like they hadn’t really read my message. I had to explain everything again, and even after that, I still didn’t get much actual help. Overall, it just left a bad impression.

"Bad first impression with useless tracking"
This gave me a bad first impression right away. The tracking info was completely wrong, and when I tried to get an update about the delivery, I didn’t get any replies. Frustrating experience...

"Shipping was surprisingly quick"
I ordered this last week and it showed up way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated well too. It wasn’t next-day shipping or anything ridiculous like that, but overall it was still quick and I’m happy with it.

"Just doesn’t heat up enough for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the warmth just isn’t there. I was mainly paying attention to how quickly it heated up and whether it actually felt useful, and on both points it fell short. It takes a long time to get even slightly warm, and once it does, it’s still not enough to make much difference. I tried it a few times hoping maybe I was missing something, but it never really improved. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I mean, the design is alright overall. It looks fine, but it feels a little plain to me and could use something extra to make it stand out.

"Just felt hard to figure out"
I tried using Toasty Touch and had a frustrating time with it. The pages were kind of confusing, and I kept clicking around trying to find simple stuff that felt like it should’ve been easier. Some of this didn’t load that smoothly for me either, which made it even more annoying. Maybe other people have a better experience with it, but for me, it was just one of those sites I gave up on quickly

"Felt good at first, but didn’t really hold up"
I got this a few months back my first impression was good. It worked well in the beginning and I felt like I’d made a decent buy. But after using it a lot, it just started to feel a little worn out, and my gut says it’s not heating as evenly as it used to. It still works, so I can’t say it’s awful, but for the price I expected it to hold up better. Overall, it’s just okay.

"Decent overall, but the refund took too long"
The product itself was fine and the ordering process was straightforward. That said, the return ended up being more of a hassle than I expected, and the refund took way too long to come through. Customer service was polite when I reached out, so I do appreciate that, but the refund process definitely needs to be smoother

"Not worth the money"
I was disappointed. It looks fine at first, but for the price, I really expected better quality. It feels kind of cheap and doesn’t seem to do anything that cheaper options don’t already do. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for something to feel fair and worth what you’re paying, so I wouldn’t buy it again
